Stuck after update.6025 truck pro. Mac.Os

Hi I have a TRUCK PRO 6025 ,updated it with my drive ,its now stuck at the very end of the loading sequence ,I have been through all the online file suggestions etc from the main sTomTom site ,but nothing I try is working ?? its still stuck ,really need some quick help please going to Hungary Saturday
