Street name mentioned but not shown on map ?

On 930 TomTom

How come sometimes voice can mention street name on the gps when I drive car past it.

Yet when I pass by that street shown on Gps there is no street name on the map .

I notice that there are a lot of street names which are unlabelled. Why ?
They suppose to be because they are main streets.

Is there somewhere to enable and disable the street names on the maps when car past by it?

There are some levels of displaying the surrounding street names on the gps. Can't remember on top of my head but I believe there's a setting under Safety or ......... ehhh

It could also be a signpost. These usually mark onramps to highways, and they have a green background when they show up.

Signposts cannot be seen on a map, nor edited in mapshare.
