Startup image will not set?

I have a One v.3 with the latest Home software

Setting the suspend image works just fine.

Setting/downlading the start up image looks like it works but when turning it on it just goes white then right to current location...

any ideas?

Here's a test, since your shutdown (antitheft.bmp) works. See if you can use that same file as your startup image, too. If it works, then there's a problem with your startup bitmap. Probably something like color depth, or maybe it's not the right number of pixels.

I had the same problems with my 920. I found out that in tomtom home the same start up immage may occur a few times in the many pages of the start up section. Eventually the same looking start up immage maybe with a different name may work. YOu just have to test those repetative immages to see if one works on your unit
