START 62
START 62 WONT CONNECT TO MY DRIVE CONNECT, THEREFORE WHEN I PLAN A ROUTE, IT IS UNABLE TO SYNC TO MY DEVICE.
I GO INTO TOMTOM SERVICES, AND THE MYDRIVE LINE IS NOT HIGHLIGHTED, AND THE NETWORK STAUS COMES UP "NOT CONNECTED".
 
You do not need to connect to Mydrive connect to synchronize your route but to Mydrive.

Have you checked that your phone is paired with your GPS?

Have you checked that your GPS is connected to your Mydrive account with the same credentials.
 
When I plan a route on my PC and sync it, the PC page says the sync was successful, but it never gets to my routes on my device.

if your directions never arrive on your device.

My Start 62 is not Bluetooth compatible.
I don't understand your third line comment about same credentials.I open Mydrive on pc, log in, connect usb cable to my pc, plan a route, then save and sync but nothing comes up in my routes.

Logging in to MyDrive on your START
1. Connect your START to your computer using MyDrive Connect.
2. In the Main Menu on your device, select TomTom Services.
3. Select MyDrive.
4. Enter the email address and password you use for your TomTom account.
5. Select Log In.
Your START connects to your TomTom account.
6. Return to the map view.
Your START automatically saves your personal navigation information to your TomTom account.
 
In my opinion you are not connected to Mydrive with your Tomtom account account
Or does your cable have a problem? try with another cable.
Can you make updates?
 
I am having similar type of issue. I am able to connect my device using MyDriveConnect however when i am trying to login using my TomTom account on device it saying "We are having trouble accessing TomTom services. Please try again Later." tried serval ways.. still getting same message
