I've read quite a few posts about a screen recalibration. It seems on newer models (even this one), that I am unable to do a recalibration. I have tried the drum reset, I have reset the device via the menus, It does not appear in my drives as anything I can browse, so I am unable to add the 'cal.txt' file advised.
Is it true that there is nothing I can do?
