Speed Trap Program

Found a customer review of my GPS which mentioned "Trapster".
1) Is it a good idea to use this?
2) How long would it take to download?
3) Can you download only certain areas and not the whole program ?
4) How much space would it take up ?
5) Is this a topic I should NOT be writing about on this forum ?
6) If I can get info on this, please give opinions of this free service.
