Speaking of Maps.....(subscription)

Just realized that the last map update I received with my subscription (the first update after BUYING the subscription) occurred either in April or May of this year.... some 5 months ago.

What's up with that? I thought they updated quarterly. The subscription is for a year, which, in my mind anyway, should equate to 3-4 updates.

Am i missing something?
 
My parents are having the same issue. They subscribed when it was first available and they were offered 830 correctly in May. I was just visiting them and they have not yet got 835. I opened a case with TomTom and they have no record of the subscription. Luckily my mom still had the email with the order number. They are still waiting for the reply after sending in the order number, but I expect that will get it resolved for them.
 
And that is a good thing (keeping the email confirmation number). If you hear nothing in the next 24 hours, then pursue with a call to 866-486-6866.

To Grumpy......

Their software is all screwed up when it comes to providing information regarding renewals. If you have the confirmation of purchase emails, you should be ok
 
I found out what caused the issue with my parent's subscription. They had changed their email address and had updated it in Home too. The maps are of course associated with the logon they were using when they bought it. Now I just need to call them up and talk them through changing Home back the way it was.
