Speaker rattle tinny noise

The speaker sounds good when it spits out directions, but when I am using handsfree the other person on the line sometimes makes the speaker make a tinny noise / rattle.

I have the volume at 80% with noise adjustment checked.

Anybody else sometimes get this when talking on the handsfree?

I've noticed the same thing in one of my cars. In the 04 Toyota Sienna I notice it. I am using a tape deck interface for the speaker out and the phone output is through that into the stereo. In my other car, '96 Grand Cherokee, I'm also using the tape deck output to the radio. In this car though I don't have the problem. I think it's more of an issue with the way the car radio is handling the sound input from the tape deck.
