Speaker issues...

When I play mp3's in my car through the TomTom I only get sound from the right speaker of my car, the left speaker has no sound at all . It's not my car speakers, they work fine, I can hear my CD's, FM radio, etc.

I've used the TomTom's own FM transmitter and I've also used an external FM transmitter, to no avail
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Btw, my TomTom has ver. 7.481

Other than trying a pin reset, not sure what to suggest. If the pin reset doesn't help, maybe the Clear Flash tool found here.

If still not working, make a complete Explorer backup of your unit's contents. Ensure hidden files/folders are showing. Then, use Home to remove the application from the unit. Then use Home to re-install the application.

Finally, if all that doesn't help, you could try to restore to factory defaults. You WILL lose all your custom settings but it may do the job if nothing else works.
