Sounds and warnings

My sounds and warnings tag does not appear after I press Settings in my Mazda Tomtom.
I used to have a sound for Exceeding Speed Limit but that has stopped.
How can I get it back as it was there before I updated? I would appreciate any help to fix this as I am pretty new to an in dash Tomtom unit.

You may have one of several versions, but the ones with which I am familiar are the NB1 series. These are Nav2 devices that should allow you to check the content of the device by connecting to a computer and looking at its internal file system.

There should be a folder in the root of your device called "sounds". Inside that, there should be some number of *.wav files. Is this true?
