Sharing Routes

Plan a route no problem, come to sharing this is where I have problems.
Both my brother and myself are using TomTom Go on our apple iphones.
I login to my drive on my PC, plan the route then share with my other divices, no problem.
Press the share button, press who I want to share it with and off it goes.
My brother receives the TomTom link but when he presses it - it brings up TomTom but shows no route...

Are we doing something wrong? TIA

I've tried this yesterday sharing a route using mail. Tapping the link in that mail on my iPhone opened the route on Plan.TomTom.com in Safari.

How are you trying to share?

Hi, thanks for your reply.
I plan the route on my PC in Tomtom Plan, share it with all my devices, which is my iphone.
I open the app Mydrive, open my route which shows perfectly fine... press share - choose email and send (I have tried sending it to myself also). on the iphone the email comes with the link, click the link - Mydrive opens but shows no route.
If it works for you what am I doing wrong...

Can you try sharing it from Plan.TomTom.com on your computer?

I had similar issues and only WhatsApp opened my drive and the route

Actually, using the MyDrive app sending a route to my email I also get an empty page on Plan.TomTom.com. Looks like there is indeed an issue. I'd recommend using Plan.TomTom.com in Safari on your phone. The page is optimised for use on mobile phones.
