Set as destination doesn't work

Hi,
I have a GO Exclusive, had it for a few weeks now and I still can't solve this problem:

Using a the Firefox web browser at (https://plan.tomtom.com) sending a destination to my device doesn't seem to work, destination never arrives.
Once or twice i got it to work by turning my Tom Tom off and on again.
Editing My Places an routes works fine.
I used to have a 6000 series witch i replaced with this GO Exclusive (and regret it) that worked great.

Has anyone got any suggestions, I used this functionality a lot.

If you say that sending a location or route works fine, there should be no problem sending a destination. ?

Maybe try with another browser like Google?

FYI, sending a destination works for me.
