Services Down?

I haven't been able to get logged into weather or traffic since yesterday over my BT connection. Is anyone else having problems?

Also, are their servers monitored overnight and on weekends or just M-F during normal business hours?

No one happens to have the FQDN or IP of the servers, do they?

Don't forget that TT is a European company located in The Netherlands. What is 'normal working hours' on the East Cost of NA is not the same as on the West Coast and certainly isn't the same as in different countries in Europe (and other continents).

However, TT's servers are irratic at the best of times and indeed, may be out at any given time. Not sure that is the situation with your issue right now, though.

Ah well, I'll try again in 2 weeks. My TT just got sent in for an RMA because the audio jack died.

Sorry for bumping up this older thread.

What would indicate that the servers are down? Would there be a specific message that pops up or is it possible that data is still being send and received without the intended result (e.g. traffic or weather)?
