Script Error: TomTom Service

My TT720 suddenly shows "Script Error" when attempting to download a TT Service for example POIs.

I connect via bluetooth thru HTC VOX smart phone.

Server logon completes and followed by "Download 100%" then "Script Error" message.

HELP PLEASE
