Scam phone call?

I received a phone call today stating it was from TomTom, and my maps needed updating. I later checked my phone, and found the call came from 020 7097 3717, but the caller asked me to to call (Peter) back on 0800 086 944 after I said I would phone him back. I later rang 0800 086 944, and the automated message stated it was from a business called 'VONAGE', which then gave me a selection from 1 to 4 numbers to press, which I ignored and stopped the call.
Does anybody else know about calls from this dubious number?
