Saved routes not syncing to TomTom Go app

My saved routes in my tomtom account do not appear in the Go app on my android phone. I have them saved and set to sync with my devices, but when I go into the TomTom Go app pn the phone, the 'my routes' list is empty.

How can I resolve this please ?

I got the same problem, suddenly routes stopped syncing on the app Go Navigation, reinstalled it, now all my old routes are gone too.... Routes are visible on the app MyDrive on same phone.
I also got a vacation planned in a week....
