Safety camera warnings

I've just updated my maps .......... and lost all my favorites (put them all in manually)

However the question I have is that I cant find safety cameras in the POI's to edit which sound is used to warn you.

I does warn you with a bleep bleep which I guess is the default, but its not different enough for me, if I have the radio on.

Anyone help?

Try copying the mapsettings.cfg from a backed up map file to the map file on your unit. That's the file your favourites are stored.

Then connect to Home, run the emulator (Operate my Unit) and Manage Favourites. Make a change to just one favourite. Disconnect the unit properly from the cmputer and your favourites should be back.

Thanks for that regarding the favs, should have asked here first.

But what about the problem with the speed camera warnings????
