Wondering how to access a route that was downloaded from TomTom Home.I cannot seem to find it anywhere on my 720. The icon for Routes is greyed out when no route is selected, any ideas where it could be?

My understanding is that they should reside in the itn folder.

Thanks, I haven't looked in the files for it. Do you think I have to extract it to the TomTom? I thought when I copied it to the 720 it would appear on the unit like Voices,Maps,POI's ect. since this was in one of those type of areas on HOME.

No, files MUST go in the correct folder, just as mp3's MUST go in the mp3 folder and pictures MUST go in the photo folder. The files can't just reside in the root of the unit.

Yeah, I just checked and that route resides in the Itinerary Folder.

Try a pin reset.

It says its on the device. I think it may just be just as easy as how to retrive it from the 720 unit.

Ok ,here it is. I heard from TomTom. Navigate to "Itinerary"> Planning">"Options">"Load Itinerary". The downloaded Route should be there. Hope this helps!
