route planner question

when i go to the tomtom route planner map. and plan my route. how do i send it to my gps unit? i tried clicking on the flag. and when the window pops up. i click on the "send location to tom tom device. but it either dont send it or i cant find it. can some help me on this. and is there any other mapping site that will work with my XL 350 TM?

The response should be for Home to start up, after which Home should be asking what you want to do with that waypoint (options = create favorite, navigate to or show on map). Is that happening, or is Home even firing up?

You can use a 3rd party program, TYRE, in conjunction with Google Maps. Get TYRE here

this is what happens when home starts up. and it dont ask me anything

From your screenshot, it appears your unit is not connected to Home. It should be...........
