Route demo distance limit?

I've just gotten my old XL running again (not sure if it's 330, 340, or ? ) Number just below the s/n is (4ET0.002.03)

I've entered several routes and run the demo but on long trips, say 200 miles, the demo starts over before completing the trip. No "You have arrived at your destination."

So is there a distance limit? I didn't see such in the manual.

Yup, the Demo now loops after 50 miles. Artificially limited just like that damn "Search near you" radius.
Wish I could go back to 8.302 again.
