Roundabouts

I would like to get some feedback regarding the following issue. My TOMTOM ONE British voice keeps confusing me at roundabouts. When I am to proceed straight on after the roundabout it tells me:

"Go through the roundabout, first exit", which is obviously incorrect because it misses the first exit to the right. Correctly it should say "Go through the roundabout, second exit".

Has anyone experienced similar issues?

The arrow shows the direction correctly though. (it makes the semi-circle in the roundabout and keeps straight on relative to my current position

It appears to be a bug in the map triggering the voice to give a false message. What map version do you have?

Sorry to seem ignorant but I cannot find similar numbers (to those you indicated above) so I could responde what version I have

Tap the satellite bars on your unit and the next screen shows the version number of the application installed. Now, tap the version number and the following screen shows the map installed (like Western_Europe) and the version number ...

Ok, just wanted to check how current your map is....and it is the most current.

I know for some TT models you can report in Mapshare Changes the existence of a roundabout or errors in the entrance location but I don't think you can specifically make a note of faulty verbal instructions.

You can try reporting it using 'other errors'.

There is no question that there are still mapping errors in map 840 and, sadly, I understand that some errors that were fixed in an earlier map have crept back in.

Peter, if you give me a start point and and end point of a trip that includes the faulty verbal instruction, I may be able to report it through another source available to me.

Sure, thank you very much for being so helpful.

O.K. I am in Hungary, Budapest. I am coming from Huvosvolgyi Street to Nagykovacsi.

So to be more exact let's say you enter from Huvosvolgyi ut 110 to Nagykovacsi. YOu will then go through this roundabout.

Was I correct with this information? Do you need anything else?
