road name changes

which file stores these changes ?....the changes you make yourself.

we know " MapSettings.cfg " stores your favorites and recents.

so there must be a file that stores your road name changes.

I think there is a 'mapuser (something)' file created.

I tried that one earlier...no luck

Well, if you are inclined to do so, change the name of a street, say you do NOT want to share the change with others. Now, use Explorer and look at any files on your unit with today's date on them. One of them will be the one!
