550
Hi all.
I have had a Rider 550 for about 5 years. Today the rubber on / off button has just disintegrated. Doe's anybody know where I can buy a new rubber button or a company that can repair it, or is it time I brought a new one. I would appreciate your opinions. Thanks, Chris.

Hi
A rider 550 must remain waterproof when reassembled; only the Tomtom support can change the on/off button.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have tried to contact Tomtom support before on other issues, but don't usually get a response from them.
I have contacted Tomtom support. All you get is a 'bot' answering your questions and because it outside of warranty they won't repair.

For a repair request Tomtom should respond to you by sending an email
the cost of repairing your rider should cost you €105
