Rider 550 not showing in PC Browser

Hey, I could do with a bit of assistance / advice.
I have a Rider 550 and it appears to now not want to show up in my PC browser when I connect it to my PC. I want to transfer an ITN file which should take all of 30 secs to do. Any ideas?

Have you tried with another cable.

The TT shows that it's connected to my PC, but it just doesn't show the icon in the browser so I can't drag and drop files over. It worked a couple of weeks ago!

Your ITN file may have a problem, have you tried importing it with an SD card.

Nothing to do with file. As mentioned thebTT doesn't show as a drive in the browser.
I had a Rider 2 or 3. It was brilliant and I only stopped using it as it was really out of date and no longer supported. It was far superior to the 550 IMO.

Currently on tour as of today. I'll have to figure it out when I get home.

Can you try with another computer.

Another solution, you can also transfer your ITN via an SD card to your GPS.
