Rider 450 replacement key

I recently lost one of my keys for the locking base plate on my 450. I'm struggling to find a replacement key, went to a local locksmith who said that they can not replicate it. There doesn't seem to be a link or information on TomTom website.
Does anyone know where I will be able to get a replacement key from?
