Rewiring charger plug

I want to rewiring a spare car charger I have for my ONE to a waterproof cig socket for use on my mtorbike.
On the charger lead I have a black wire (V-), white (FB) and a red (V+) but the waterproof socket only has two connections for wires. Does anybody know what wires go where and what shpuld I do wioth the spare wire.

BE CAREFUL
The TomTom accepts 5 VDC. The voltage adapter is built into the Cig plug.

The third wire is to sense when the battery is charged so it doesn't burn out the battery.

The isn't a reason you can't wire your plug to your motorcycle. You just need to plug the car cigaretter lighter into an adapter made for the waterproof plug you have now. What type of waterproof plug is it?
