Reported Close Street then no Route found

Hi, I live in a gated community in Miami, I found that the access to my community was through a street (NW 174th Ln) that does not connect physically with avenue (NW 67th Av), there is a wall there... ZIP 33015.

There are two access, both through Mediterranian Blvd with NW 67 Ave, but when plan a route or choose to go home, now it shows No Route Found.

The same "connected" 174 LN mistake was also found at Tele-Nav and TomTom's Route Planner Website.

it only show the correct route when I choose by bycicle.

Which, unfortunately, is how the routing algorithm is designed. It won't send you through gated communities. The best you can do is set your Home location to the first 'open' road nearest the protective gate. (also safer not showing the precise Home location, anyway).
