TomTom Model(s)
ONE 2nd edition
Hello!
I hope someoone can offer advice to a novice!
We have a number of TomToms for different cars. One is a legacy model above but worked well, until someone broke the screen.
I have acquired a new screen and removed the screen fixing device so I can undo the screw beneath. This does not appear to release the front of the device/ screen sufficiently to enable it to be removed? I m reluctant to lever too much to avoid irreparable damage.
Can anyone give info on how I should popen this device to replace said screen.
Much appreciated help.
Many thanks
David

Noted that this one had gone unanswered. The battery replacement videos out on YouTube show how to disassemble the unit. I often wind up using the tool to push through the top screw holes from behind after the screws are removed to release the screen from the main case.

and similar.
