My Go 630 Has a internal memory size of 2gb, but i have 200mb left i dont even remember whats on there to fill that much up! But is there anyway i can totally reformat it to the original OS so that i can install a new map because its saying the maps too big in size to even allow it onto the tomtom,
Thanks

You can use Explorer to see the contents of the unit.

But the 630 comes with a sd slot. Why not get a 4-gig sdhc card and install the map there? Will leave lots of room on both the card and internal for stuff like mp3s etc.

Thats a very good point, do have to change were it finds the map, or is that auto done?

Move the entire map folder onto the card. The application will 'see' the map as if it were on internal. That's how I use the NA map here on my 720, using a sdhc card.
