Re-use GO maps on iPhone?

Hi all,

I currently have a GO910 with maps for North America, Europe and Australia.
These are not the latest, but I do not renew them every year because they are quite expensive.

I was thinking about getting the iPhone app.

1) Would the app allow me to re-use my older GO910 maps or do I have to buy everything again?
2) If I wanted to keep my 910 up-to-date and buy to the latest maps, can I also use them on the iPhone, or would I need to buy everything twice?

I couldn't find the answers on TomTom's website

You have to the maps for iPhone (included with the application). You can NOT use your GO maps.
