RDS-TMC traffic sever down?

RDS-TMC traffic server down?

I am trying to get my traffic service moved over to a new device, but a support person said they cannot handle setting up the RDS-TMC service right now because the server that handles the subscriptions is down.

Is anyone having trouble using their RDS-TMC service right now (besides coverage/reception) ?
