QuickGPSfix question

The other day I updated my XXL-540M with the QuickGPSfix on TT Home. After using it for a few days I have notice it picks up no satellite signal then will reboot. It had worked great until this update. Sometimes it will reboot three times or more then I will notice it is picking up satellite signals again then it is ok. It does not do this every time it is turned on. I have since updated QuickGPSfix again hoping it might overwrite the update that may be causing this problem. Is this QuickGPSfix a file that is overwritten the next time you download and install it?

Yes, a new one overwrites the existing data.

You can use Explorer to delete everything in your ephem folder and then go here:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\ephemeris\
and delete all the sub folders there.

connect to Home and you should get a new gps file. See if that helps.
