I believe it was from here that your tech experts recommended a software removal programme which would completely clear all details. Thanks to a catastrophic computer down lost the relevant details can any suggest the name of this useful tool

FYI
If it specifically applied to your device, I noticed that your map will be about 2-1/2 years old when the next one comes out in 4 - 6 weeks.
I am told that there have been lots of changes in the Newcastle area, mostly in the Tyne tunnel at Jarrow area.
