Hi guys

I have a New Tomtom one 125 and have a problem... I connect it to my PC and its install Tomtom Home without problems, it see the device from the PC.. When I go to set it up for first time it ask me for the language that I want.. At right hand I see to buttons (Scroll up and Down) but the dont work with the touch of my fingers but I can select some language from the list with the touch... After that it ask me to confirm the language with two buttons No or Yes but this buttons dont works... I reset it a lot of time using the press and hold by 15 seconds the power button but nothing, the same thing. I need to know what is happening with my GPS if it is reprograming and how I will do this..

When you want to select the 'yes' button, try holding your finger (with some pressure) on the button instead of just 'tapping' it; see whether that helps.

Well, try the Clear Flash tool found here. Don't worry that the link doesn't reference your model.

If that doesn't work, Preferences-->Restore to factory defaults.

And, if that doesn't help, a call to Support is necessary: 866-486-6866.

The clear flash tool dont works.. I tried it more than three times but nothing... I tried calling tomtom support but they hold me a lot of time.. I will try it again later.. Thanks

Screen Calibration tool

Someone of you know if Tomtom have a touchscreen calibration tool for a Tomtom One 125 ?.. My GPS dont sense when I touch over the buttons..

It does not have a callibration tool. You say you've tried the Clear Flash and restore to factory defaults and a reset by holding the power button for 20 seconds (No pin reset hole on your model??)

If none of that works, then call support............
