Problems with intersections

I have a Tomtom 920. The intersections features are not working. I am able to select the first street, but when I try to select the second one there are no entries in the list. This used to work, but it just recently stopped working correctly. I've also noticed that my unit is getting much slower to respond to commands lately. Does anyone have any advice?
