Problems with bluetooth

I have a stereo bluetooth receiver from Scosche in my car, connect to the radio.

The device is discovered by the TOMTOM without problems and as soon I turned the gps on, the music play well on the radio.

But minutes later - 3 minutes in fact - the tomtom disconnects the device, saying it was turned off. But I'm sure it's on, and start to use the internal speaker to play the music. I turn the radio off and on, they connect each other again, the music started again to play in radio, but 3 minutes later everything happens again...

I have the go920 with navcore 8.3... Anyone know what it could be?

Your 920 bluetooth remote may be knocking you other connection off - especially if you try to use it. Even if you are not using it - it may be interfering.

Try leaving it home just to check. It should not normally force a connection, but with TomTom these days...

It knocks off my data traffic connection - but only when I try to use the remote.

If it is the remote - if you have a mylar bag that you got an electronic device in - putting the remote in the bag when not needed may shield it from your 920.

For some reason, after I've updated to 8.3, I don't cannot select FM for driving instructions, but have it for music only.
