Problems turning on GO exclusive 7"

I used to have an G0 6", connecting it to power it would start immediately, you would hear the drums and it would boot up.
Now with the GO exclusive 7" even after connecting the power, I have to hold the power button for 15 to 30 seconds then it displays the TomTom logo and about a minute later you hear the drums and it starts to boot up.

I'm talking about a cold start, after the device has been shut down.
Is this normal ?

Have you looked in Settings then System then Battery Settings to get your GO to start when plugged into a power source.
