Problems being heard via bluetooth handsfree

Hi, I have a TT Go520 which is compatible with my SAMSUNG G600 but when both are paired via bluetooth and I accept an incoming call, they can't hear me when I speak to them, although I can hear them clearly, i take it I don't need a headset for this? or maybe I am suppose to use one? I must be doing something wrong!!!

Make a call with your unit and touch the bottom left side of the unit. You'll see a volume slider that looks like the 'normal' volume slider but really is the volume control for the hands free. Slide it to the right to increase the volume.
