Problem with One 130

My one is not connecting to the GPS satellites at all. I have done a soft reset, a factory reset, and gone through some "trouble shooting" with customer service. They have as of yet failed to offer to just replace it under warranty as I think it is deader than dead. Anyone have any tips, ideas, etc. on how to fix this problem?

Do you have it located in an unobstructed area and in a stationary position? How long are you waiting?

If you click the satellite bars and on the next screen click 'configure', do you see a little yellow dot in the top right rotating around?

I actually just got this fixed, though it was through sheer dumb luck. But, in answer to your questions, I took it outside, where there is nothing to see around me in any direction for at least three miles, and I live in KS, so there aren't even moderate hills or valleys, it is flat. I had let it sit on my porch for about half an hour, after not picking up signal doing that I figured something was wrong. The yellow dot was there in the corner taunting me with its rotation. I just think the unit got kind of whacked out for some reason, I find it odd as I use it most every day, and update at least every other day. What happened is after another lengthy conversation with "customer service" I got pretty frustrated and decided in a last ditch effort that I was going to try one last "soft" reset and factory reset to see if that would fix it. Oddly enough after the soft reset, the unit started to function again! I am no longer floating aimlessly. I hope it stays fixed, and doesn't tweak out again. Though I can say for certain that I am never again purchasing a Tom Tom product, I love my device when it is functioning, but there customer service is nothing short of a really bad joke. Too bad companies are letting customer service go the wayside. Thanks for the pointers.
