Problem with missing towns

Hi, - my tom-tom is up-to-date and has the latest European map and I am planning a trip in Ireland in the next few days. The problem is that I have found that if I key in Dublin, or any other city south of the border it's not recognised, in fact no European towns/cities are listed. So I suspect the key word search index I have is UK only.

Does anyone know where I can get, an how to install the European version - or even just one for the Republic of Ireland?

On the screen where you enter the city, do you see the Union Jack to the right of the field?
If yes, tap it and then select the country to which you want to drive.
I this case it would be like
