So I recently updated my maps on my TomTom pro 6 and now for some reason it won’t let me change the vehicle from car to truck and also add the dimensions any idea what I could to fix this? Thank you 😊

This is because you have not selected the truck map.
Return to your GPS to map and select the correct map.

Thank you 😊 when I get home in the morning I’ll have another browse around the app and see if I can find it

You mention that you own a "pro 6". There are a couple of different 6" "Professional" (truck) models out there, and they don't all get quite the same maps in the same way. Could you supply the first two characters of your device's serial number so we're clear about which one you have?

Hi ya

I’ve finally sorted out the problem with satnav I was putting on the wrong maps from the update 🙈🤦🏻‍♂️ thank you everyone for your help 😊

Missed your reply in post #5. Might help explain what the confusion was about "wrong maps". Not all 'Pro' models provide any choice about map updates. Hoping to clarify for future users with similar issues.

Ah I see my serial number starts with ZE I was updating through the desktop app and put the wrong maps on that didn’t have truck/hazmat setting on as I didn’t see the map label properly until I scrolled through slowly.
