Problem with itineray planning

Actually the problem is when I have input an itinerary with waypoints and had to detour along the way to one of the waypoints due to construction....my 910 can't handle that and after a few minutes, simply reboots.....should it not be able to find a new route to that waypoint? It certainly does it when straying off the designated directions when just going from one place to another location...why not on waypoints?

I agree that this behavior seems strange. It should reroute you. Does it do this on every occasion?

If I just want to go from point A to point B, and then divert from the original route, it will recalculate the route but when I divert from one waypoint to another in an itinerary, it has this problem. I generally do not use itinerary planning, but on the 2-3 times when I have used it and varied from the course for one reason or another, it has had a problem.
