I know most of you must be questioning the title of this post, however TT support (US) finally does the right thing.
I have a GO910 and apparantly my USB port died and I had to RMA the device; TT sent me back a refurbished unit within about a week, however they did not link the new device to my account, and therefore I could not load my map version 710.
After a brief phone call w/ TT support, they fixed the problem and gave me at no charge map version 715...
Maybe TT support finally understands what customer service is supposed to be
