poor 'repair' service

Hi, out of desperation at being fobbed off by TomTom's repair service I was wondering if we are alone with this or has anyone else had to send their unit off 4 times - only to have it returned after 5 weeks for the latest 'repair' to still not be working

What's the problem you've got?
Is it still under warranty?
Have you tried one of the independent repairers?

Three off the top of my head are:

SatNav-Shop Repairs
FoneFunShop Repairs
(I don't have any personal experience of any of them)

Hi Andy, sorry it's taken so long, but we have had a breakthrough, the unit was still under warranty & after contacting trading standards Tomtom have replaced with a new unit - thanks for your help though - much appreciated

If your in West Yorkshire, You can bring your tomtom to us, if out of warranty for Repair
