POIs missing on new smartphone

After buying a new phone, I transferred all applications, including TomTomGo from my old phone. The app as such works again smoothly - but I lack all my POIs that I had on my earlier phone. What can I do to import those POIs?

In the app on your phone, click on TomTom service in the menu, and enter your TomTom credentials: email address and password.

Don't forget to select MyDrive.

Willy had to ask because the really old beta version of the app actually supported real custom POI files (*.ov2). Perhaps you're just thinking of the regular My Places (favorites) on your old phone? It's necessary to distinguish between the two when talking TomTom devices and the GO phone app.

And actually, unless you want the map to come up an odd map location (and I see you're in CH), just use the
https://plan.tomtom.com portion of that link.
