Points of Interest addition to a tom tom go 520

Hi there - Our old Sat Nav was a Tom Tom One Version 3 and that had points of interest such as park and recreation areas in Uk however our new Tom Tom Go 520 does not have any Points of Interest although I have managed to download some National Trust properties but I cannot find a file to download that has Parks and recreation areas in a .OV2 format - can anyone assist where I could download this from? I tried downloading POI's from the old sat nav to the new PC but to no avail.Can anyone help with this please?

Did you try copying the old ov2 file to the computer and then adding it to MyDrive?

I did try but the old file is not in an ov2 format as far as I can see.

I don't remember correctly but I thought the NAV2 built in POIs did not have an extension.

You could try PoiEdit at http://www.poiedit.com/ and see what happens.

I never tried as the built in POIs were useless to me but I made heavy use of my custom .ov2s.

We have been back to where we brought Sat Nav from - Found answer - Do not type in Park type in Recreation first otherwise the Sat Nav thinks you want to Park the car! You can then find Parks and Recreation areas! Thanks for your help
