poi warning changes to default

I have several poi warnings- stop light cameras,schools, church's. when I power off sometimes or connect to home, the warning chime reverts to the 1st one which is the bell. I have to change them back everytime to the one I want. Is anybody else having this problem? Thanks, Doug
