From the MyDrive phone app, I am trying to send a planned route to my GO Premium X. Until recently, it worked fine: put in an address, send planned route to device, and away we go.. .and, then it stopped doing anything. I plan a route and press send to device and all I get is a message to say 'synced with MyDrive.' The way markings are never delivered.. .is this pilot error or has something gone wrong?

Have you checked that you are connecting with the correct credentials?

On Mydrive, log out.
On the GPS reset the device to factory values.
Then you reconnect to your Tomtom account.

Thanks for replying Willy875.
That hasn't changed anything.
Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled MyDrive and it, still, comes back with the same message.

You're certain you are logging in with the same account credentials on the phone and GO Premium?

Yes, canderson, it was working fine until two weeks ago and then it began playing up. I was wondering if it might be a bluetooth problem.. ..

Are you receiving traffic on your Premium X?

If you are successfully receiving traffic via BT, then we know it isn't a BT problem that is preventing the routes from being transferred. It sounds more as though the phone and device aren't both properly linked to the same account.

I have found at times the GPS unit itself loses my password to the account and no new maps transfer. Check that the GPS is set correctly.

Same problem here. A factory reset of my G0-6100 helped for a while, but after a few weeks the problem came back.
