Plan.tomtom export import pois json

Hi,
i searched, i tried some converters but nothing works 4me.

Logged into plan.tomtom
exported userdata.json
converted to ov2 with TomTomPoi

started fresh from a new plan.tomtom account
imported the ov2 file
i can see the imported files but nothing to see on the Map

logged off logged in again nothing changed
created a new Element, yes, that poi is visibled
tried another ov2 files, also nothing to see
any hints ?

If it is for the Tomtom GO application, it is not possible to import a personal POI file.

Although on newer models it is also not possible to add personal POIs.
