Could someone described where this oft missing grommit is located?

Also, could any of you Electrical Engineers or tomtom wizards please provide some advice on how to fix a dim display that I previously posted?

I'm about ready to toss it and buy I new one, but somehow I think it's related to voltage, or a connection, and therefore maybe fixable.

TT 910 Display Very Dim

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I replaced the battery in my 910, and now the display is very very dim. Barely perceptible.

What could I have messed up? I took it back apart, and checked the ribbon connectors, but they seem properly installed.

I charged the battery using both the wall mount, and car chargers, did a software hard reset, as well as using the soft reset button.

It seems to function OK. Sound quality is OK, but the screen is nearly black.

Could it be possible that the battery is bad? The battery I put in was a Dantona 3.7V/2400mAh GPS Replacement Battery for TomTom
Catalog #55026651. Update. I also bought another one from the UK, with the same results.

Is it possible that I missed up the connectors for the speaker and the battery, and somehow it's backfeeding at reduced voltage? I don't think they are the same size.

Update: I am able to link it to my computer, and use all the functions, but still can't get the LCD Screen to become viewable. It worked fine before all my battery replacements. What did I do to it?

Any thoughts?
